There is no retainer and no minimum commitment. You contact us when you need us, we give you an honest estimate of the time involved, and we get on with it. You receive a fully itemised invoice at the end of the month showing exactly what was worked on and how long it took.

Pricing

£27 per hour

Billed monthly in arrears. Fully itemised. No call-out charges. No surprises.

Most IT support tasks take between one and three hours. We will tell you upfront before we start.
