We are Assist Support
Assist Support is the managed tech service for clinics that need more than a phone answering service. Website development, IT support, SEO, ads management, and engineer services — all delivered by a team that already understands how clinics operate.
We are part of the Assist brand family, a group of specialist services built around one idea: that clinics should be able to focus entirely on their patients, while trusted partners handle everything else.
Where we came from
Clinic Assist started with a simple observation. Clinics were losing patients not because of poor clinical care, but because of the gaps around it. Missed calls. Slow lead response. Websites that did not convert. Ads running without proper tracking. IT problems that nobody had time to fix.
Clinic Assist solved the first problem with AI-powered phone answering. Assist Support was built to solve the rest.
We work almost exclusively with clinics that are already on the Clinic Assist platform, which means we arrive already knowing your software, your workflows, and the way your clinic operates. There is no onboarding period where we learn what Cliniko is or how your appointment system works. We already know.

What we believe
Clinics are not tech companies. They should not have to think like one. The best clinic owners we work with are exceptional at patient care. They are not exceptional at debugging Cliniko, managing ad accounts, or configuring Zapier workflows — and they should not have to be.
Our job is to make the technology invisible. When it is working properly, you do not notice it. You just notice that your diary is full, your website is bringing in new patients, and your team is not losing time to IT problems.
UK and US coverage
We work with clinics across the UK and US. Our team operates remotely, which means fast response times without the overhead of on-site visits for work that does not require them.
